Not for long
time, the month of ramadhan will come. It is means there is an obligation
moeslims must do. That is fasting. Fasting is not an excuse to make you laze or
stop your daily activities. The reason why people feel lazy to do activities
during fasting in ramadhan is because they felt their body weak. Before
fasting, you must have sahur at daybreak. Sahur is one of determinant whether
you will feel weak or not during fasting in ramadhan. Therefore, to keep you
fresh during fasting, you must have sahur that was very beneficial for you. Here,
you can follow several tips easy to do to how to have sahur precisely.
First, eating with the normal
servings. When you eat, you may not eat with the excessive servings because it
can make your stomach feel full faster and uncomfortable. You may not eat with
little servings also because your body will have less energy during you
fasting. So, you must eat with the normal servings.
Second, eating complex
carbohydrates. When you want to do fasting, you must eat complex carbohydrates
when sahur. It is important to do because eating complex carbohydrates can make
you feel full longer. You can get complex carbohydrates from brown rice, whole
wheat, cereals, fruits, and vegetable.
Third, do not rush when you eat. Chewing
food too fast will make you feel full faster and it can make you feel hungry
faster also. You should not rush when you eat because your body more
difficult to process your food that you
eat.
Last, drinking enough water. You must
drinking enough water when you have sahur because drink water is better than
you drink sweet drinks such as tea, coffe, or juice. Drink water is much
better. If you get less to drink water, your body will get dehydration faster. So,
you must drink enough water.
In conclusion, there are some tips
that can make people keep fresh during fasting in ramadhan. I think it is the
simple ways to do. You must try the tips that I have mentioned before. Being
healthy and keep fresh during fasting can make you more enthusiasm to do worship in Ramadhan month
especially in fasting.
